Summary: The lobby was not open when I got there at 2:45. I rang the bell as the instructions told me too. I rang it four or five times. Then I had to find the phone number and call the hotel so that someone could let me in to check in. The pet policy says no dogs over 40 pounds. Luckily my dog was not that big. I know I was put into an animal which I understand because I have a pet. The bottom of the bathroom doors were so scratched up that you could see the wood or fake wood behind it. The couch your chair was so stained. I didn’t wanna put my stuff in it there’s no closet doors. The air conditioner was missing some part on the side while it did work. It looked like it was from the 1980s. The staff was very hard to find you couldn’t get into the lobby even in the morning to check out, I couldn’t get back into the lobby when I needed to find the ice machine. It was just very inconvenient and not the easiest place to understand. I would recommend going somewhere else. There is one next-door that’s like five star or something I would stay there the best thing about that hotel was the location to I 10.
