The main level has private fenced courtyards and patios with lockable front gate and succulents galore. Chill in the hot tub, read under the covered veranda and grill on the outdoor bbq deck. Well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Two separate work spaces just in case business calls. Lovely views to the east. It's a leisurely one block walk to the coveted Pannikin coffee shop and other Coast Highway eateries and shops. Feel free to use any beach gear, a soft-top surf board and cruiser bikes that are located in main level storage sheds. Easy street parking along property line. Requires a minimum of 31 night stay. Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and the Encinitas noise ordinance is in full effect. No parties, loud music or events allowed.
