Summary: Rating: 3/5 Stars Pros: Exceptional Staff: 5 stars for the front desk and hotel team—extremely courteous, polite, and responsive throughout our stay. Cons: Room Issues: Our first room had a toilet running all night. Staff quickly upgraded us to a new room, but both rooms had visible spots of uncleanliness. Disappointing Pool Area: The pool was unusable—green, cloudy, and had visible used bandaids floating in it. Property Grounds: A strong smell of marijuana was present every time we stepped outside the hotel. Neutral: Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was just average, though about what we expected for a standard hotel stay. While the outstanding service from the team was appreciated, the hygiene standards of the rooms and the pool area prevented this from being a top-tier stay.
