For all levels of angler, the private boat dock makes the perfect platform for your next fishing story. There are some HUGE fish that love the shade of that boat dock and the quietness of the cove. Just 20-25 minutes from Downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs and Oaklawn and the same distance to beautiful Lake Ouachita this newly renovated large 2 home 3 acre property with private boat dock and 100's of feet of shoreline is perfect for large groups or just a few folks that want to get away.
