We are offering a summer rental in our lovely house between New Paltz and Gardiner in the Hudson Valley. We're still putting finishing touches on a few areas of the house but it's a great place in a great location to spend a few weeks for the summer. (We will be there for July but are seeing family in Europe for August).
The bright, open living area looks out over a large scenic pond, and the dining area seats six comfortably. A well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a real meal — though with New Paltz and Gardiner both just five minutes away by car, you'll be tempted by the restaurants and tasting rooms. Don't miss Kettleborough Cider House — an easy after-dinner bike ride away.
Sleep up to six across two downstairs bedrooms, a king bed upstairs, and a sofa bed in the bonus room.
Full bath downstairs, half bath up. Upstairs den with TV for winding down.
Washer and dryer available.
Outside, fire up the grill, settle into the Adirondack chairs by the pond, and watch the evening roll in. Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park are right nearby for bigger adventures.
Dogs welcome with prior approval. Parking for two cars. Great Wi-Fi throughout. AC throughout except for where listed.
