We have 8 Gig download and upload speeds via Google Fiber, via ethernet (you'll need a computer that supports this). Most of the rooms have a CAT6 port available on the wall. You will need a device that has a 10G capable ethernet port and a CAT6 to see those kinds of speeds.
The Wi-Fi 7 access points are 802.11be/ax/ac/n/g/b compatible, so it supports the fastest wireless speeds possible (Wi-Fi 7 tops out around ~1.2 Gbps in real world capabilities).
