Getting around is a breeze in Pagosa. Where you are located will be a short 5-minute drive to historic downtown Pagosa Springs and a 40-minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Should you choose to venture farther than Pagosa you'll find Durango and its Silverton Railroad an hour away and Farmington, NM two hours from Pagosa. In between all that guests are sure to stumble across Chimney Rock National Park, Navajo Lake and more. If you head over the pass it will bring you into the quaint town of South Fork where if you make a left and drive about 2 hours your find yourself in the historic mining town of Creede.

This spectacular home is a rare find!! 5 acres of the most serene atmosphere you could imagine, and still only 10 mins from downtown and the Hot Springs.. It doesn't get any better than this. The closest neighbors are the deer, that will inevitably come to see why your in their yard. They're sweet, just watch out for the little one.. he's sneaky and likes to take things laying on the deck, like my coat one time.
Sorry, not allowing pets at this time.. or that sneaky deer, cause he might try.
Also, no smoking or vaping in the house.. take it outside you animal.
