Whether looking to enjoy the waterfront or the beach, this vacation getaway has the best of both worlds making it easy to relax with family/friends. The exterior of the home features an oversized screened in patio overlooking Bayou Watts, a firepit, a large covered area to enjoy a game of cornhole or a crawfish boil, a fish cleaning station, and a pier complete with hammocks, swings, outdoor dining, a kayak, & boat tie offs. Only a short, 10 minute drive to the beach and Old Town.
Welcome to Bay-B Blue Vacation Getaway! A 2,000 square foot waterfront home located on Bayou Watts. Only a 10 minutes drive to the beach /Old Town Bay St. Louis and just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more.
Walk up the stairs and through the front door to an open floor plan with lots of natural light pouring in. There is a living room, dining room, full kitchen, king bedroom, and a bathroom on this level with access to a large screened in patio complete with comfortable seating, a pool table and fantastic views.
Upstairs you'll find a loft with 2 sets of bunk beds, a massage bean bag seating area, desk space, 2 king bedrooms, a laundry room, and a bathroom.
All bedrooms and the living room have Smart Roku TV's, and the home has free WiFi internet available to guests.
The exterior of the home has lots of features to keep you and your guests entertained. The private pier is set up for fishing or relaxing with it's hammocks, swings, and dining area. There is also a large firepit area for roasting marshmallows and making smores. The large, open covered patio is the perfect place for a game of cornhole and hanging out with friends or family.
There are bikes, a kayak, life jackets and paddles available for the guests to use at no additional charge.
Guests can access the entire property, with the exception of the owner's closet in the dining room (protected by a lock). This closet contain items that our cleaners use to ensure that guests can have a comfortable stay.

Large driveway located in the front of the home for parking. Bikes are also provided for riding in the neighborhood.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND RULES:
-What is check-in and check-out time? 4PM check-in, 10AM check-out. Early arrival may be allowed upon request.
-How do I access the property? You will be assigned a unique door code that will be sent to you before arrival. There will be a keypad on the entry door that you can enter your code into to access the property.
-Can I park my boat near the pier on the channel? Yes, there is space to tie off your boat to the pier on the channel. Please keep in mind that the water level in the channel is controlled by the wind, high tide, low tide, etc.; therefore, we cannot guarantee the water will remain high enough to park your boat there over night, and we are not liable for anything that may happen to the boat if you choose to do so. We recommend using the boat landing, Bay Marina, which is a short 3 minute drive from the house.
-Can I bring my pet? This is NOT a pet friendly home; therefore, no pets of any kind are allowed.
-Does the home have an outdoor music system? No, but there are three portable Bluetooth speakers in the drawer above the wine rack that you may use.
-Do you provide a daily cleaning service? We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to check-in.
-What is provided with my stay? There is a full kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, fryer, pressure cooker, and waffle makers. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring cups & spoons, and more. The home has both a K-cup and carafe coffee maker as well as basic spices (olive oil, salt, pepper).
There are bath towels, bed linens, and additional blankets. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, a dish sponge, paper towel, dish detergent pods, and Clorox wipes. Bathrooms are stocked with travel sized shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, lotion, a bar of soap, makeup wipes, q-tips and cotton pads. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry detergent, fabric softener, stain remover and a steamer.
What is the maximum number of guests allowed? 12 guests are allowed at all times. Any additional guests (even though they are not sleeping there) will result in a $100 fine per additional person.
Is the property kid friendly ? Yes, there is a high chair, pack and play, and stroller there for your use. There is also a door and a baby gate in place on the interior stairs as safety precautions. Please note this property is NOT fenced and it is on the water. Please accompany children at all times.
Is there access to the home via an elevator? The elevator on site is locked and not operable for guests. Any tampering with the elevator will result in immediate eviction.
Is there WiFi at the property? Free Wifi is provided, but from time to time connectivity can be spotty and we advise you to have a back-up plan, such as a mobile hotspot, if you absolutely must rely on the internet while on your vacation. The owner is not responsible for any internet outages.
There are exterior security cameras in place to monitor only the exterior entrances. Any tampering with the cameras or camera system will result in immediate eviction.
