This is a 2-story home with 1 BDR/1BR on the first floor and 2 BDR/1 BR on the second floor. There are 3 TV's in the house that have Netflix (Living room, Bedroom #2 & Bedroom #3).

Check in time 4 pm & check out time 12pm. Gated neighborhood that requires gate pass to enter. Valid drivers license and registration is required to get the gate pass. A short term lease agreement is required to satisfy community guidelines.
