A beautiful, historic home in the Algiers Point neighborhood located directly across the Mississippi River from the French Quarter and CBD, both of which are easily accessible via a short walk/bike ride through the neighborhood and a quick ferry ride across the river. Algiers Point is the second oldest neighborhood in New Orleans, and our home is within easy walking distance of several neighborhood restaurants and bars, as well as a local grocery store.
Please note that this is 1/2 of a double, so you will have neighbors. Renters should be comfortable with a shotgun layout. Owners live immediately across the street and are available whenever we're needed. We do require a 30-day or longer minimum stay.
