Proximity: This home is located on Lee Lane in the North Star community on Hoosier Pass in Blue River, approximately 10 miles from downtown Breckenridge and 10.5 miles from the BreckConnect Gondola parking lots.
Additional Info: This property sits at an elevation of over 11,000ft where snowfall is often greater than surrounding areas. A four wheel drive (4WD) vehicle is required to access the neighborhood during the winter months. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the designated parking spaces directly in front of the home.
Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bedroom + Murphy Bed, 3 Bathrooms –
• Primary Bedroom (Main Floor): King bed, dresser, closet, lounge chair, cable TV, private deck access, vaulted ceilings, and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity, bidet, and a tile walk in shower.
• Second Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen Murphy bed, workspace with desk, and closet. This flexible room serves as both a guest bedroom and home office. Use the adjacent hallway bathroom which includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Third Bedroom (Lower Level): King bed, closet, and lounge chair. This bedroom is conveniently located near the lower level bathroom, which features a single vanity and a walk in tile shower.
Kitchen (Main Floor): The newly remodeled kitchen combines rustic mountain feel with modern finishes. Beautiful granite countertops and matching backsplash complement the custom cabinetry and new appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and cooktop. The breakfast bar comfortably seats 3 and showcases the home's original log bar top, preserved by the homeowners as a tribute to the cabin's history.
Dining (Main Floor): Just beyond the kitchen is the dining area, where seating for 6 is centered beneath a unique antler chandelier, creating the perfect setting for family meals and evening gatherings.
Living Room (Main Floor): The main living room welcomes you immediately upon entering the home with its warm, open layout that flows seamlessly into the kitchen. Relax on the comfy sofa or one of two lounge chairs while taking in the surrounding mountain views through the large windows. A unique coffee table and handmade paintings complete the space, while the original wood burning fireplace serves as a focal point and adds to the home's authentic mountain character (Please note that the wood burning fireplace is not available for guest use).
Wet Bar (Lower Level): The wet bar creates the perfect space to entertain after a day of exploring. Featuring ample countertop space, a wine fridge, and original log bar top with seating for 2, it's an ideal spot to prepare cocktails, enjoy an evening glass of wine, or gather before heading outside to the hot tub.

​​​​​​​Family Room (Lower Level): Just beyond the wet bar, the family room offers a second living area designed for both relaxation and extra sleeping space. Two plush sleeper sofas, including one queen size and one twin size pull out bed, along with two lounge chairs, surround a large 85" flatscreen TV with a soundbar, making it the perfect place for movie nights or watching the big game. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, creating an inviting space to unwind after a day of adventure.
Outdoor Living: Step outside onto the expansive wraparound deck and immerse yourself in the peaceful mountain surroundings. Fire up the propane grill for dinner, relax with your morning coffee, or simply enjoy watching local wildlife wander through the woods. Downstairs, the patio offers a private 6 person hot tub and a propane fire pit, providing the perfect place to unwind after a long day of adventure.
• Peace of Mind: This home has a private hot tub so extra towels are included. We take care of professionally cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
Laundry Room (Lower Level): A full size washer and dryer are located on the lower level directly across from the third bedroom.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, an external security camera is located by the front door.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist.
